He’s worn just about every hat in the business — from building neighborhoods as a licensed contractor to serving as Chair of his town’s Zoning Board of Appeals, where he’s spent a decade shaping housing decisions.

As Broker/Owner of HomeSmart First Class Realty, Ryan leads a growing team across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He’s known for data‑driven negotiation, spotting risks early, and mentoring newer agents.
